At no point was I ever able to track my order. My numerous phone calls were never returned. I finally emailed and told you to cancel my order. It was not cancelled. A month after I placed the order, I received the order. I want nothing from this company ever again. If you cannot correspond and it takes a month, you don't need my business. Jeri Copeland

I have no problem with the product I ordered, however, I waited for what I considered to be a long time to receive my order. After approximately 1 week without receiving a tracking number, which was promised in the order confirmation, I e-mailed to find out if or when my order would be shipped and got no response. My order finally arrived about 3 weeks after placing the order. I have since found another source for the product and will not be ordering from this website again.

It has been one month since I placed my order and I still have not received my product, I even tried to call the phone number that they have provided and all I could hear is a series of multiple rings. Because of this I would not recommend this company, no product no customer services no good.

On May 9th I ordered coffee grean bean capsules X4, which when I ordered stated was in stock. IF that is the case I am wondering why it took over 2 weeks to ship. I was concerened...tried to call and couldn't get through via the phone, and emails sent were not acknowledged. IF the problem was that there was a great demand, and there was a backorder-post something on the site...something. Do not just leave people 'hanging' not knowing what is going on. Info says my product was shipped on the 27th (Sunday).

I called and called and you never answered the phone, I sent 3 emails asking the status of my oder since I was not receiving it and I still have not received it! To say the least I am not impressed with your customer service.

30 million plus customers North of the border and some companies get there product to you within two weeks consistently no excuses while others take months. Still no product???

Still waiting for my product to be delivered. Waiting since 05/09/12, no response when calling, since the line seems to be constantly busy or continues to ring then disconnects itself. I have yet been able to speak with someone.
