I have ordered several times in the past and have been basically happy with service and speed of order however there were mistakes ,, but they were very good at making me happy ,, but after the Dr Oz show aired and featured a product there was a terrible baclog ,, that the company was not prepared to deal with ,, and while i do understand to a point ,, the fact that they could not answer the phone due to volume of calls did make me feel uneasy as i could not get answeres ,, but as far as i know my order from May 14th will soon be here ,, and i most definetly will order from them again ,, as I feel they truly are trying and it just got bigger than they were ready for , I do feel they are reputable

I can under stand i have my own business WWW. PHILABOAT.COM If DR. OZ did me a favor and feature me on his show i would be over whelmed too with orders it is call growing pains. I did email them about time and got a quick response. In this world evey one wants there items fast but you can only go so fast quality takes time It is worth the wait. ALSO I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Love the product. It was the only one that I found that has nothing added to it. However it took about 3 weeks to arrive and so I had a lapse of taking the pills which upset me. So please ship quicker! Otherwise, great product!

Considering the circumstance that PureHealth was inundated with orders after the Dr. Oz show, the service was fairly prompt. Only thing I would recommend, suggest the company to do, is to ramp up communication to their customers who are waiting for a product. I had to go to the Facebook website to find out what was going on.

I appreciate the explanation update on the delay of shipment, and also the fact that I was not billed until shipment. The product does curb my appetite but I guess it's too soon to tell (I've used one bottle on the 2nd one) if I'm losing any belly fat as a result. I really don't know yet, looks the same to me.

ORDERED FROM PURE HEALTH & IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED. GLAD THAT I GOT THE PILLS, BUT THERE WAS NO COMUNICATION IN THAT TWO WEEK TIME. I E-MAIL THEM AND ALSO CALLED THEM & GOT NO ANSWERS. FIGURED OUT THAT THEY MUST BE OUT OF STOCK. SO JUST WAITED. FINALLY GOT MY ORDER. WILL ORDER FROM PURE HEALTH AGAIN. WILL ALSO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SITE IF THEY ARE INTERESTED IN THESE KINDS OF PRODUCTS.

Easy to order. No charge for postage and handling, and received exactly what I ordered. My account was not charged until product was sent out. Product arrived three weeks after I ordered. If you need something more quickly, just know that it may take three weeks.

I am seeing a difference.
