I ordered 8 bottles of pure green coffee bean extract on May 9th. I haven't received them. I've e-mailed Pure Health twice and received no respone. I've tried to call them numerous tmes but no one answers the phone.

I ordered on 5-07-2012 and at last check 5-30-2012 order still not shipped. No answer to email requesting update of purchase or shipping dates. So far not satisfied with the company. If and when I receive product then I can respond to that issue.

I have not yet received so I cannot rate. I ordered on 5/9.

I placed an order for green coffee bean extract on 4/27/12. I understood the problem caused by the product being touted on Dr. Oz, so was very patient. On 5/18/12, my invoice showed the product had been shipped.....hurrah!! Well, guess what, it's now 5/30 and still no order received, but payment was credited on 5/18. What can I do but keep waiting? Guess I just won't order from Pure Health again.

Kinda funny ... asking for a review when you have NOT sent the product out yet in a timely manner. Not real happy.

While I understand being very busy with orders, I was willing to wait for my order. At last it arrived and I was so excited and couldn't wait to get started taking the product. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the shipment was only two items and I had ordered three. I tried to contact the company via their website and phone # provided. No response at all. Phone just rang continuously and I couldn't leave a message. I have emailed them twice to no avail. I have just started the supplements so I can not comment on them.

UPDATE: Just wanted to follow up with my review because my order arrived in the mail yesterday. YAY! I ordered online on May 6 and I have not received my order. I tried calling but got an automated response stating the mailbox is full. I tried e-mailing and to date I have not received a response. My credit card has not been charged, which is appreciated. I would like to know if I should just order elsewhere as no harm is done.

I ordered on May 9th and have had no correspondence from the company. I've tried to call to get an update and got a busy signal and/or no answer. I emailed and got no response! Awful customer service. I would cancel but I can't reach anyone!
