One order was delayed for weeks with no way to contact you except by voice mail which YOU did NOT respond to I tried to cancel the second order ...that still is NOT here but to no avail can't get through and YOU do NOT reply to voice mail ...are you an ethical company or just another take the money and run compant?????????

When I put in order in it would take forever to get to my home. If I want to take something every day I would have to order it every other day for me to do this. Not a way to keep business!

I'm unable to review because I did not receive my package. I would like to be reimbursed for my two orders of Pure green coffee capsules or have them delivered within next week. I also tried calling the 1-888 number and all it did was ring. I emailed my dissatisfaction and I received no reply.

No where on your web page do you inform customers that items are on back order. You take the money first. I waited 3 weeks for a product that should have been delivered in 2-3 days. When I attempted to contact you there was no response to emails and your answering machine was full. I will never buy another product from you again, nor will my friends and family members.

I ordered vitamins from your web site and it took nearly a month to recieve them. I attempted to call the toll free number but that to was not working and all it would do is ring and ring without no one ever answering. This company is a joke!!! I Will Never Order Anything Again From Your Company!

I have been waiting one month for the product. I emailed Pure Health to see what is taking so long and they never answered. I heard the product is good, but I can't comment on it because I haven't received it yet.

I was so disappointed with this company's customer service. I sent email after email and still have not received a response regarding my order. The phone number on the website only worked twice in the two weeks that I place my order. The product is great but the company? Never again will I order from them.
