It is still too early to say if I am please with the product because I just started taking the raspberry keytones and coffee beans pills today. The only concern I have is the turnaround after purchase.

I've ordered twice from you. The first time I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from you letting me know my order had been delayed, but would be coming as soon as possible. The next day I received an email as me to review your service, which I couldn't do completely at that time since the order hadn't come yet. Only a couple of days later, I did receive my order. The second time my order took longer to receive, and while waiting I received no contact from you until asking for a review a week after I received my order.

The only detraction is that there is no email sent to inform the customer that their order has been shipped.

You provide a great product. You could do a better job of managing expectations on product delivery. I take into consideration you are a small company and no doubt were deluged with requests via the Dr. OZ show. The delay the first time I ordered I lived with. Two weeks later ordering again and experiencing the same delay; not cool. You have a website. You should be using to your advantage. You could post a note on your home page informing people of the expected wait due to overwhelming demand and correctly set an expectation. From what I can see in the reviews, there are a lot of really angry consumers out there. No doubt because they had to wait. Good luck.

When I didn't receive my order when I expected it, I must admit that I was wary as this was my first time ordering from Pure Health. After doing some poking around on the internet, I discovered that Pure Health was overwhelmed with orders due to the Dr. Oz show and that they were working diligently to fill all of them. I found that to be reasonable, exercised some patience, and successfully received my order only a week later than I expected. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated an email explaining the delay and another when my order was shipped. I understand unexpected delays but communication is a wonderful tool. In any case, I will order from Pure Health again.

Actually a friend did ask me about the product I ordered, green coffee beans. It's maybe the fifth day but honestly cannot report anything different so far, but willing to try for 6 weeks. I know the company is back-logged with orders, but I still think it took too long to get my delivery...almost a month. It would be nice to be offered a promotion code for a discount for my next order. Anyway, I'm looking for weight loss, and this seemed like a safe way to go.

My order took some time to get to me but the wait was understandable considering all the publicity and orders generated by the Dr Oz show. Besides the wait, everything else was excellent.

Finally got my order. Took longer then I had expected. When I called customer service about it they explained why and product arrived when they said it would.
