I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still have not received it. I sent an email asking about it and also have not received a response. I understand that they are overwhelmed with orders after the Dr. Oz show so I'm cutting them some slack. Not thrilled that there hasn't been any update though.

Rude and irrelevant response to initial product inquiry. Then 3 weeks to ship an order on an item that was listed as "in stock," + another 5 days in transit to rach me. That's 28 days (1 month) to receive an order. Will only return if I can't find similar product elsewhere. I buy vitamins/health food goods from several e commerce venues, and in the history of e commerce, it's never taken a month to receive an Etail purchase...until I bought from Pure Health LLC!

I ordered my supplements quite a few weeks ago and I did not receive a confirmation email. I tried to contact customer service a couple weeks later to find out how to track my order and to find out when it was going to arrive. I did not hear back from anyone. I sent two messages on Facebook as well, which no one answered. I still have not received my order or heard back from anyone at the company.. I understand from the comments on the company's Facebook page that they are short staffed and are backed up with orders however, I think that I should have been contacted by now just to assure me that I did not spend $80 for nothing. I will never order from this company again simply because I was not contacted at all and my messages were not responded to.

I canceled my order because after three days I never heard from Pure Health LCC, and I emailed them about my order and never heard from them, so I email them again to cancel my order and I got a reply the same day, they thanked me for canceling my order. Whats wrong with that picture???

i just received my 2 bottles of green coffee bean extract but I ordered AND paid May 1st. I understand there was unexpected flooding of business but there was only 1 email as to the company being behind. I was not updated other than the 1 email. The phone did not work. Either it showed being busy or it would ring one ring constantly. As for the product, I cannot say one way or the other if it works since I just got it. I was really hoping to have these within a week or so of ordering. I am leaving on vacation the 1st of June and would have liked to lose some weight before that. I'm pretty unhappy it took so long to get here. I don't know if I will buy from the company again.

I felt that my order took way too long. I have had my product for about 2 weeks now and I have not noticed any difference.

I haven't received my items yet. I purchased two bottles of green coffee extract on May 9th. When I log on the website it says they didn't get shipped until May 28th. A twenty day waiting period for my items to be shipped is pretty unacceptable. Even if I really like the extract I will try to get a similar product at a health food store. Waiting a month for my items is just too long. Thanks.

I HAVE EMAILED AND NOT RECEIVED A REPLY, WHERE IS MY PRODUCT??
