Called this company innumerable times and sent 5 emails. Zero response. I ordered green coffee extract from this company before it appeared on Dr. Oz and the powder in the capsules was pale yellow. After ordering again, the powder is dark brown. I took the capsules apart and they taste completely different too. The company refuses to respond to any emails or phone calls. The product is not the same and I would appreciate knowing why.

I never got my order I called and email many times and no one ever got back to me.

My order took a long time and there was no communication to inform me of the status. No responses to my requests either until after they got a delivery confirmation. If they were watching for the delivery confirmation, why couldn't they take a minute to let me know they were running late?

I order two bottles of pure green coffee bean pills. I took them each day and never lose 1oz how ever gain 2 lb. I have lost weight after I stopped taking them. Might be good for some people but did not work for me.

Hello,I'm sorry about that but my experience with you guys it was bad , becouse I order the green bean on 17 of may and until now I didn't receive it, and I send the customer services request to change my address twice but I didnt get any response Thank you.

I placed my order on May 15th, my PG Coffee Bean did not arrive until the 3rd of June. I tried to email and did not get a response. I tried to call...but all it did was ring and the ring sounded very fishy. I tried emailing again, and still no response. Calling again got me no where...finally when I was about to cancel my credit card because I thought I had been scammed, the PG Coffee Bean arrived in the mail. I will not order from here again.

I am lery to place another order from pure health. I placed an order and did not get the product until PayPal got involved to get me a refund. I tried emailing , and calling the company with no results, so I had to call PayPal,4 days after that I recieved the product.

Like so many people watching Dr. Oz, I placed an order on 4/26/12 for Pure Green Coffen Bean capsules and Pure Red Raspberry Ketones. One time I indexed Pure Health's system and my invoice copy showed that the items were shipped on 5/11/12. Of course the charge has shown up on my credit card statement and I will have to make payment in the next couple of days. As of today, June 8, I still have NOT received the order. I've sent 2 e-mails and left 2 voice mails with the company's customer service, but I have NOT received any response. I don't like to pay $50.96 to my credit card company when I have no merchandise in hand. I would just like to know if/when the order will be/or has been shipped, and where it is if it has indeed been shipped. ANY information will be helpful.
