It took the full 12-15 working days for my order to ship. So in total it was about a month to get my product. I guess Dr. Oz has a huge impact on the sale of this product. I am glad I ordered a months worth. I am happy that this company dose not use fillers in the product. They did tell me it would be a while so that is not their fault.

I ordered my product the beginning of May only to receive it the end of the month. I was disappointed in the length of time it took to receive product(s). On the other hand, I was notified via email that due to the product being advertised on the Dr. Oz show that they were overwhelmed with orders and it was taking longer than expected to get shipments out. I can understand how this can happen so I remained patient. I did receive my product on 5/29/12. I was disappointed that I received no further communication that my product was shipped. Overall I am satisfied in this product. Would have only received better communication from the company on the status of my order. I would order from again. Joanna

i DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WILL WORK, BECAUSE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE THE PILLS. DR.OZ SAID IF YOU TAKE 4 PILLS A DAY YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. THE BOTTLE SAID TAKE 2 PILLS A DAY.SO FAR I TAKE 3 PILLS A DAY. JUST SINCE I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I DID CALL BUT THE PERSON I TALKED TO DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME. I DO HOPE YOU WILL HELP ME SO I WILL HAVE SUCCESS. I DO LIKE THE IDEA AND I HOPE IT WILL WORK. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA. PLEASE LET ME HEAR FROM YOU??

I was happy with the shopping but very disappointed with customer service. There was none!!! I tried calling several times and then sent two emails and no one ever got back to me. I don't know if I would shop here again

I just received the product I ordered and have not really formed an opinion as to its effectiveness, etc. I still feel that I would have liked to receive a response to my inquiries regarding the status of my order. There should be some indication as to how long we should expect to wait for the product(s) to arrive or a way to track the progress.

Finally received order. Almost a month. Tried phone contact and e-mail to see status of order. Phone always busy. No response to e-mails. Assume part of the problem is overload due to Doctor Oz recommendation, but they need to improve their communication skills. We will see if the product works as described.

I am still very excited to try your product, however, since it appearing on the Dr Oz show and you becoming so busy you have not kept clients informed in an adequet manner. Yes you used facebook but not everyone does. You should have had a generic email to let everyone know just what was going on and then let each of us know when you thought our product would be sent. You should have also kept each of us informed seperately as to when our product would be sent. I see that I have been charged and now have this to answer to but still have no idea if it has been sent or not. I should atleast get an email telling me what is going on. As for trying to reach your company by phone in the last 3 weeks, try impossible. Being so busy you should have had a message on you phone apologizing for the inconvenience. I have been in a business that ships daily and run into this type of , OMG, times also. It is a learning experience for the company. Main thing is to let your customers know whats happening and not just on facebook or twitter. Generic emails and a message on your phone. Look forward to trying your product. Aloha, Wendy Martin

Well, I was excited to make my purchase. I found it easy to order. After the order was placed an email with confirmation was sent. I thought all was well...That was May10. Today is May 31. I have yet to recieve my order. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the company. Finally, yesterday I did. It was on back order? It would have been nice to get that information. It would have made me feel more confident in the company if I could have spoke with someone sooner. I was afraid that I was being taken. I was told I should see it next week.......
