I am still awaiting the product.

I ordered this item a few weeks ago and have not recieved it yet. I have emailed the company several times to see if I could get shipping information or a estimated delivery and had no response, so I am a little ticked off.

I placed my order on 5/3 and two weeks later I still had not received my order nor had I heard from Pure Health that there was any problem with it. I sent two emails to customer service and did not receive any response from them. I called three times and could not get through to them . Fionally, three weeks after I had place (and paid for my order), I got in touch with customer service by phone and they told me that my order would arrive a week later. The order finally arrived, 4 weeks after I placed it. I was very disappointed with their service and may or may not order from Pure Health again.

I ordered a product on May 7th. One week later I followed up, or rather, tried following up on the wherabouts of my order. The phone number listed to this day doesn't work, I can ever get through the busy signal or I get disconnected. Emailing attempts failed 4 or 5 times. I simply wanted a response. My account was charged today, and I was just getting ready to cancel. I became worried that this company was or is a scam. But now I see that the product was just mailed out to me on 5/27. So we shall see. I'm hoping it is worth waiting for.

I have not received order and no one answer phone on number listed

I placed my order on May 9th and received my confirmation right away. No tracking. I have tried to phone twice with no answer and emailed 3 times with no response. My order was almost $100. What would your opinion be? Today is the 30th.

I ordered mine at the beginning of May and still have not received my order. I got the email that everyone else got, but nothing since. I did find a stock of the green coffee bean pills at a Walmart and got a couple of bottles while I wait for the shipment. The ones at Walmart are manufactured by Pure Health...go figure. I'm going to see if they are still there. The pills do work. We lost around 3 lbs the first couple of days after taking them. Trying to figure out if I need to contact pay pal.

Again, I'm still waiting on the product to be delivered.
