I am still waiting on an order that I purchased, May 18, 2012, it is now June 9th!!!! I would continue to buy from you except I am not sure if I am going to receive this order that I already spent over $200 on. I cannot think that if I am trying to use products and want to see how they work that I can trust a company that doesn't offer quick delivery. Hope you can prove me wrong.

I've order 3 bottles of the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract on May 9, 2012 and to date i still have not received them. Todays date is June 9th, 2012. I had called 2 weeks after the order and their mailbox was full I kept trying to call and did not get through to one single person nor was i able to leave a message in the mailbox. I was worried that i had been scammed. I kept trying to call back and even emailed to see where my order was. STILL no RESPONSE. The following week i called customer service and they assured me that my order would be mailed out the following week. I still have not received it. I tried to call customer service this week and nothing i had to leave a voicemail in their mailbox which i must add STILL NO RESPONSE. The least they could do is call me or email me back to advise me what the hell is going on. I am very DISAPPOINTED in the company and their lack of customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT? I will never order from this company again.....

I was billed for product on May 14-2012--I have not recieved the product--or when I e-mailed no response--and when I telephoned the call would not go through--not at all happy

Ordered on 5/4. Next communication was asking for this review on the 14th. Can't review what I don't have, so I read some reviews instead. Oh they're small and overwhelmed, okay, I'll give them a break.... wrote them an email, no response... no surprise. 5/28 the money is charged to my account, check website, it says "shipped 5/26." Might get here after all. So, why is it now 6/9 and I still haven't gotten it? Does it really take 14 days to ship anything anywhere in the US? Walk away quickly....

Being overloaded by orders is no excuse for poor customer service and being unable to get in contact with your company. Waiting 3wks to a month to receive an order is one thing but to have paid for something and not receive the right order and be unable to get in touch with the company is ridiculous. Your phone lines don't work and you do not reply to emails! Even your facebook page is unable to process messages. By the way do you even read your facebook comments? If you did you would see that you have hundreds of unsatisfied customers.

When I placed my order I never received a tracking number or could I find online a way to see if or when my order was going to ship. I sent several emails and no one ever responded back as well. I even tried calling the 800# listed on their site only to find out that the number was no good! Customer service is lacking and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered two bottles of the coffee bean extract about one month ago. I took them without any side effects. I ordered four bottles again. On the second order, the pills were darker in color and they make me feel sick when I take them. Not good!

I ordered two box and i still not recieved and they already had the money.
