Pure Health LLCReviews of purehealth100.com

Twice I have ordered from this company and the money was taken from my account but was weeks later before product was shipped . When I made an inquiry I never received an answer. I kind of doubt I will repeat same mistake again

I have placed 2 orders online so far. The 1rst order took around 9 or 10 days to be delivered by mail. My latest order took a full 18 days, also by mail. I don't know if you were low on inventory or so busy that it took so much time. I complained by email direct to Pure Health and never got an answer. Service leaves to be improved quickly.

Tried calling and voice mail was full. Emailed and the response was that "As soon as your order ships out, you will receive your tracking number via e-mail and your order will arrive shortly thereafter! You can expect your order to ship within 14 business days from the date of order, once shipped you will receive tracking information." Did not receive my order for 30 days. Did not receive an email with a tracking #. I sent a second email and did not get any response on that email. Very dissatisfied with service.

My first experience was not a good one at all. I placed my order online, had the money billed to my credit card immediately, never received a confirmation email or shipping information email. After 3 weeks I had to open up a dispute claim through PayPal since the order was never received, and my email inquiry for shipping information was ignored. I usually like to leave positive reviews and recommend companies to others, but unfortunately I cannot do that this time for Pure Health LLC.

I selected standard shipping. Confirmation said my package shipped on 15-May. My last phone call was yesterday, June 8. Package has not shipped because they won't use USPS for Canada. I only have a box number & UPS won't deliver to a box number, UPS will charge brokerage fees, USPS does not. Customer rep did not believe me - kept saying they could not ship USPS. -- didn't seem to get that they could, they were just choosing not to, no matter what that meant for the customer. The order was placed on April 27. I cancelled the order yesterday, June 8. Pure Health was quite willing to take my money, but very unwilling to work with me to get the product. A friend will be calling tomorrow to cancel her order -- same situation. I will be putting as many reviews on the Internet about this company as I can find room for. This is appalling.

They did not answer phone calls, emails or facebook messages. They did not communicate when it was shipped. It just came in the mail. I have used the product for 2 weeks with no results.

I have a charge on my credit card for stuff that I did not order not do I want. Please stop sending me anything.

Its been a month and I still have not received my product
