Ptoduct as promised just took a while due to demand to review it

Got the pills for 3 of us. My grandson who really needs to lose alot-is having good results My daughter who is very busy and has dieted before is probably beginning to see results. I have dieted numeral times, and so far primarily notice a change in craving( a big help)- but we're all going to try one more month to see if eating improvements continue. It is definitely working for my grandson. My daughter isn't really sure. I'm going to add the raspberry ketones to see if it boost my results.None of us have had the adverse effects that sometimes happen with diet plans or supplements.

Good product. It just takes too long to receive after you place your order.

While it took quite a long time to get my products, the price was pretty good and this was the ONLY site where I could find it. Exposure of the product on Dr. Oz made demand shoot up which explains the time delay, but I never did get a new email that my shipment was on its way. It simply just showed up about 6 weeks after I placed the order.

Am pleased with product. Just having a hard time understanding why it takes so long to receive. Understand business is a small one but still to long to wait.

I gave an adverse review yesterday because of the non receipt of my order which was delivered according to UPS records, on June 5. Well, I am pleased to say that it reached the correct destination yesterday. I can't say precisely who delivered it, but if UPS say they delivered it on June 5, then it may have been inadvertently left at a neighbours porch, and they only got around to dropping it off yesterday. Anyhow, all's well that ends well.

This company, as all selling green coffee beans, was hit with MANY orders following the Dr. Oz show. Although shipping was slow I did receive my product. I had emailed a question and did not receive an answer until after I received the product. I know why the shipping was slow, however this company is getting many undeserved bad reviews simply because they failed to communicate to their customers. I recommend hiring someone just to answer emails and phone calls to let your customers know that what they paid for will be there. All the reviews I read were negative and the only reason is poor customer service. It is hard to trust retail on the internet and people don't like to think they have been scammed. Just let people know what's going on.

I have purchased from this company two times and my only complaint is the lack of communication...tell me you've received my payment...tell me when I can expect my order and if you are providing me with a order tracker then make it work...let me track my package..not just say its shipped and one day it just shows up 3 weeks later.
