I just received the product, so far its really great. It helps me feel more energetic but no weight loss as of yet.

I received my order today and was pleased. I tried to go online and check the status of my order and i found bad reviews and began to worry because I felt the shipping was taking a little long and the website could not verify my order with my conformation number. I was totally relieved when the package arrived today. thank you.

no customer service communication:do not answer e-mails,no way to check status of your order

The product is fine but when you have a problem filling them the least a company could do is communicate with the people that support them and not let the mail box fill up and put their phone on away or busy, so a person cannot even leave them a message. Very poor communication from this company. The communication that I did get said that all products would be shipped within 10 days. Twenty five days later it showed up. Hope they do better on my next order.

I ordered mine in early May, then read messages from folks on this site and had to wait like everyone else. I waited a month. I e-mailed and called and never received a response. I highly encourage you to get a professional staff to respond to the obvious issues you and all your customers experienced. I got the products yesterday. I likely won't order from you again until I start seeing some positive reviews with regard to your follow through. I am grateful that I am a patient customer.

I ordered products on May 11 and received them June 1. Three weeks is way to slow. No notice of delay was ever received from supplier. May have to use another company next time.

I ordered these at the end of april. It's now June and I JUST got them. I too thought this may have been a scam but be patient. Your order will arrive eventually!

The product is great. The service is not. I have place three orders with Pure Health. Two out of the three times, the wrong product was sent to me. Very frustrating because it takes so long to get the product in the first place that I run out by the time it is replaced with the correct product.
