Ordered on line, over a month ago, have not received order or any documentation, cannot get in touch with customer service. phone numbers never get answered, believe this whole process is a scam. Would someone please do something/. thank you

I have taken 10 days worth of 800 mg a day and I have not lost but 1 pound. I am very disappointed. I would like to knw if I can return the last 2 bottles that I purchased of the 4 and get a refund. I am an 80 year old woman and on a fixed income. Thanking you in advance.

I ordered on the 9th, a week later no package. So I emailed...no answer, I emailed again a Few days later, no answer, I called, mail box is full. Emailed AGAIN, a month later I got my package. STILL no response...... Wow wish I could ignore my issues like they do.

I received my pills I ordered in a timely manner. One bottle was opened. I called to report it and got no response.

It took 3 weeks to receive my order and that was after sending several emails and calling and the phone just rang. No one ever got back to me which to me is unexcusable. I will never order again from this company worst experience ever and I order online all the time.

I have contacted customer service via email and telephone and have not any contact from the ccompany. I needed some information regarding a return (received the wrong product) and due to the lack of response feel as if the company really doesn't exist. Would not order from this company again

I was not satisfied with the level of customer service and my experience with purehealth100! From the moment I placed my order online to the amount of time that it took to receive my order, everything was bad for me. I made several attempts to reach someone from your company to verify the status of my order both thru e-mail and the phone number listed but was not successful. I would have appreciated some form of communication on your part just to let me know what was going on. I found it very unprofessional on your part in not doing so. I was starting to think that I was scammed by one of those bogus Internet companies out there that would gladly charge your card but then fail to deliver the product. Overall my experience was less than pleasant and I will refrain from ordering any products from your company again in the future!

I placed my order on May 19 2012 and as of today, June 10, 2012, I have still yet to receive the products. when trying to call the number it rings a couple of times and then disconnects. I am very disappointed and am trying to go through the process of getting my money back.
