I ordered 5-13-2012 and it was delivered 6-1-2012 . I like the product very much . It seems to help me with my weight loss.

Try to create an automated e-mail forwarding or a callback system that reads or speak the same messages over and over each time a Purehealth Representitive is unavailable to take calls....Maybe something that reads or says "we will call you back within 24 hours,until then , keep trying... (apologies)". And then there are the order processings that go way beyond ten days. Thanks for understanding.

I called several times...even sent a couple of emails trying to get the status on my order. I never got a response either way. No one answered the phone; I'm guessing something was wrong because the ringtone was very strange. I was finally able to get the status of my order online 3 days before I received it! There should be someone that gives an update on shipments that are going to be coming in late because of high demand to make sure that customers don't cancel their orders!

Not customer service related. Contacted customer service asking why items not sent, no response. Opened complaint with Paypal, no response. Finally it arrived...

Need to send email on estimated delivery so you doing guess when its gonna be there

I like the Pure Green Coffee Bean product. The only negative is that it takes 3 weeks for it to be shipped.

ordered 3 bottles of Black Raspberry Capsules & received order confirmation on 5/09/2012. On 06/01/2012 I received 3 bottles of Green Coffee Bean. When I called 888-3BE-WELL I get a wierd buzzing & no ring. Will try to email to resolve problem!!! I've ordered before with quick & accurate turn around. Don't know what happened this time!

I realize the over flow of orders put a great deal of stress on your company, I hope this will no longer be a problem
