It took over a month to get the product, as they must be overwhelmed with orders, thanks to Dr. Oz, bless his heart. I think the product has potential but you don't much product for the money - about $13 for 30 capsules. This is frustrating considering how slow they are with shipping. I wish Professional Supplements carried the product - I use them all the time and they are excellent.

The prices was good and free shipping was very attractivel However, it took nearly a month to receive my order. That slowness makes me wonder about ordering again.

I have ordered from this company twice. The first order arrived in two weeks. I am still waiting for the order I placed on May 13th and it's JUNE 3rd. I ran out of product while waiting. Last week I found the exact same product on the self at the local Walmart so I won't need to endure the long wait again.

When I finally received the order, I ended up with three bottles of the same product instead of two of the same product and one of another. The included invoice/statement was correct. They were back ordered and should have told people that they weren't prepared for the massive orders as a result of the Dr. Oz show.

My disappointment is in the amount of time it took me to receive my purchase. I placed my order on 5/5/12 of an in stock item and I just received it yesterday 6/2/12, almost a full month later. I think the customers should have been informed of the delay in shipping due to the popularity of the item (green coffee bean exract). There was no communication at all, which is not a good business practice. Would I shop with this company again? Not sure, probably not for a real popular item that I'm in a hurry to receive.

Ordered the products that I wanted, took over a week or two before any response from the company. They did not mind taking my money and holding on to it for over 2 weeks before shipping my items. I found the same items at another location that were shipped the same day as ordered and it was buy one get one free. I called the customer service number listed on the website and it was a voice mail box that was full. Sent a email and got no response. So not really pleased with this company.

Process was easy, product description were easily understood; however, it took way too long to get my item. I almost sent in a complaint.

when ordering was not told the product was out of stock. waited a month to receive it. took a very long shipping time. 6 days from Nevad to Pennsylvania. haven't tried product yet.
