I ordered green coffee bean extract on may 10 th and haventrecieved it yet! Every time I call the number I get messed up ring tones and no one ever picks up! I'm very upset!!

I ordered a month ago and paid the same day. I have yet to receive the green coffee beans. I tried to call the phone number listed and it just makes a weird noise, but won't go through. I tried numerous times. Pretty poor if you can't even call to see why you haven't received what you have paid for.

Still haven't received my order, and it's been weeks! Went out and got the product locally. No contact from the company, poor service. won't order again.

It is now 5/31 & I have not received my 5/10 order. I also did not receive a response to my email asking of the status of my order. When I called the phone number it just rang & rang. This was my first order & probably my last.

your company bill was a problem,the account was set as expected, with the payment pending.Then it wasn't pending, and funds were back in my account.Then with out any notice the payment was deducted,with no notice or without delivery. You cause my account to become over-drawn,I am asking for a refund, I have since order from a different company.

My order was incorrect and their phone number is no longer in service

Not very happy with this company. I tried several times by phone and email to get a hold of someone and never could.It took 3 weeks to get my things i ordered.

I ordered, unfortunately, before I read the reviews on Facebook. I understand that you were swamped with orders following the Dr. Oz segment on the Green Coffee Bean Extract. However, I feel it should have been your responsibility to inform the consumer on your web page, before I was able to confirm my order, that it would take a very long time to receive the product. Even an email following my order explaining the delay would have better than what I have experienced. I ordered several weeks ago, had to ask when my order shipped because it was taking too long, and was told to expect it in 3-5 days. I still haven't seen it, and I'm starting to think I was scammed.
