Hi Marsha, Thank you for your review of Pure Health! Unfortunately, the coffee bean extract is designed to work by taking it 2-3 times per day. I have a hard time remembering to take them three times a day as well, so I end up taking 2 capsules before lunch and 2 before dinner. I make sure it's 30 minutes before my meals.
