I have not received my order as of yet and it has been a little while, but Pure Health has been in contact with me now a few times, so I have no complaints and of course when Dr Oz talks something up, you should expect delays.. PureHealth I give you thumbs up!!

overwhelming demand I can understand, reading their posts on the problem let me know my order would be delayed, and my credit card was not billed until my order was shipped, just as their posts promise . . . it took a while, but they came through.

I think the web site is very attractive, the product offered at a reasonable price. Love the free shipping! I expected faster delivery.

I was worried after 3 weeks went by, but voila! there it was.

the company has good quality products and the pricing is good, they also have free shipping. I don't like to pay for shipping. The site is wasy to navigate. My first oder took a while to receive but I believe that happened because the product was praised and recommended by Dr. Oz on TV. Overwhelming I guess, but my second order came right away.

I received my product and all was well and good. However Here is what they can do to make it better: When I placed my order I got an email saying it had gone through and all was well. I never received an email telling me it had shipped or any tracking number. When I tried to call the line was down and it looked like they had gone out of business. I had a look on FB and saw that many people had been waiting for ages for their orders and it concerned me . I was not sure what to think. When I called again in a few days i got live person and they said the shipment would arrive on saturday. It did not. I called on monday and they said it would arrive that week as the shipment had just gone out. I could see that they were overwhelmed with the orders which is good and bad but if I were to be the boss you never left the phone lines go. You add more people and do what you can to make sure u keep your customers happy. Beside worrying that maybe they would take my money and run and I would not receive anything i ended up being happy to receive my items. I just think in the future they have to better handle the crazy rush of orders. I will order again but I hope they are better organized for their sake as customers can get upset when they don't receive the proper customer service . The ladies I spoke to were nice and helpful but were clearly trying to survive the crazy calls and orders they were getting in . I would also like to receive an email with the tracking and saying it had shipped. Otherwise i am happy :) Sorry to be critical but i hope u can take something positive from this !

Whie I did not experience the weight loss some get, I did feel overall digestion was improved, and an increased energy level. I am 82 so maybe that is why no weight loss, perhaps slower metabolism ??
