Got a confirmation of order. Then no communication on when product would be delivered or status of the order. Waited two weeks and emailed them - no answer. Waited another week and sent a very pointed email on the transaction and how long I would wait to hear from them. Got a reply that day that it was shipping.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order which was supposed to be in stock. I sent several e-mails with no response. The phone # on the web site was of no help either. When I call it was just a continuous ring with no answer. I think they need to up date their web site with the proper info so customers can get ahold of someone if necessary.

ordered on the 13th of may and didnt receive until June 2nd due to a back log on orders..but there were updates on facebook and twitter..they tried very hard to catch up on orders despite all the threats and negative comments made.....but all in all I think they did well and i will order again

The order was placed, a confirmation notice was sent to me, but no notice that the shipping would be delayed weeks due to overwhelming orders for product.

It tooks over three weeks to receive my product, and I did not receive an email stating the reason for long wait.

It took longer than I expected to receive my order. I called the 800 number several times but no one ever answered. I also sent emails but never received a response. I began to think this company was not as reputable as I was led to believe. I just wanted to confirm my order with an actual person since I had never used Pure Health before and would have appreciated someone caring enough to answer the phone or respond to my email.

product may be good (I'm hoping) and will be happy to report later, but shpg. took way too long!
