Evev though they said item was in stock, after a week and a half of waiting, I emailed customer service because I was leaving town. They weren't sure when it would ship. I am still not sure if the item has shipped because I am still out of town and did not receive a notice of shipment. Very disappointed.

The timeline goes like this: I ordered on May 5th; still nothing (product or correspondence) by May 25th - emailed you requesting information about when my order would be processed and shipped; no response from you even to say - sorry it's taking so long, we have been very busy , any kind of "customer service or response" would have been appreciated. Then, my order didn't even ship until May 28th and as of today, June 1st, I still have not received my order, I guess my opinion is not a very good one at this time. I hope the product is exceptional because to me - Customer Service, Common Courtesy - is almost more important than the quality of the product.

I have not received the merchandise and it is impossible to reach anyone at the company. I told several people and they also ordered the product and have not received it. We understand it is in high demand but there is no customer service

I am still waiting for my product to arrive. I am not sure where you are located but I purchased on May 11 and it was supposed to be in stock. I work for the USPS and I know that it only takes 5 days to go across the country. I hope it arrives soon so I can rate your company.

i cant rate the product because i haven't recieved it yet. but to rate your speed of handling orders, i would give you a failing grade.

My order was placed the first week in May, but I have not received it as yet.

I ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract May 1st and I still haven't received my order. I understand that there was a great demand for the supplement and I was advised that there would be a delay due to the large demand but they had taken measures to ensure that I would receive my order shortly. I feel I have been more than understanding in waiting a month for my order. If there was somewhere else I could go to receive a pure product, I would but I'm unable to find anything without fillers or additional products other than the green coffee bean.

They said the product was in stock and that I would receive it in 5-7 days, it took over 3 weeks. The company never responded to my email to cancel my order.
