Placed and paid for my order on 4/26/12. As of today, 6-12-12, I have not received my Order. Well as of today 7/9/12, I still have not received my order. I am very disappointed and am unable to get my money back I presume. I think perhaps this could be fraud. I just don't know at this point.

I ordered 4 bottles of the green coffee extract and received only 2 bottles. Called and left messages with no return call. Will not order again.

I've been taking the coffee been extract religiously for 10 days "2 pills twice a day" and didn't drop an ounce. I also have tried the raspberry pills, didn't work too!!! I'm not trusting dr. Oz again.

I placed my order in early May. I saw on the confirmation page that my order had shipped on the 28th of May (Memorial Day). Finally got it today(June 12) in the mail. Crazy thing is this weekend while shopping at the local Walmart, I found the exact same Pure Health Coffee Beans!! Same bottle from same company. Now why would you not let all of these people complaining about the poor service know that it is available there? Oh wait! Because its CHEAPER!!! thats right cheaper by$3 a bottle . Save yourselves the frustration of ordering online go to the store where you can get the product immediatly.

I ordered a product on May 22, 2012 as of today June 12, 2012 I still have not received my order. About a week or so ago I received the wrong product after several e-mails and left voice messages someone finally returned my e-mail that it was shipping on the 7th. Now trying to check on it to see if the correct material shipped out no one returns my e-mails. I just want my order that I already paid for

Their site indicated my item was shipped 5/12/12 and I still have not received it. I can appreciate they were overwhelmed due to the Dr. Oz show but they displayed a complete lack of professionalism in the way they handled things. The phone just rings, no responses to emails. I want my money back.
