I ordered green coffee bean extract on May 15th and still have not yet received the order. I called today and could not talk to anyone as the phones were apparently busy. I just want to know when I will receive my order.

I am satisfied that I got this finally but it took a long time and sent several emails to find out where it was. no response was given

I was happy to know your conpany was legitimate when I received my order. It took three weeks which would have been fine if they would have at least communicated to me what was going on until then. After going into checking for a scam I got a little worried. Thanks for coming through.

Tried to make several calls & couldn't get thru, always said mailbox was full. Emailed them several times, never did recieve a response via email. Thought that I had been scammed and almost cancelled my credit card & was going to report them to BBS and authorities. Then I decided to dig a little further and looked on their facebook page, the company is small & due to Dr Oz recommending product they were just overwhelmed with orders. They had to hire 35 extra people to help process all the orders they had been getting. Which is very good for them but should have tried to handle the customer service a little differently. I think that a recorded message stating what was happening would have made many people happy rather than angry. If I hadn't found their statement on their facebook page, I probably would have taken action against them. Hopefully they learned from this and will have continued success. I will order from them again in the future.

I think this is a great company, with great products. my only complaint is that it takes so darn long to get your order. It doesn't mean that I will stop ordering though.

I ordered the same product, from England ,10 days after I placed the Pure Health order and received the order from England a few days before Pure Health.

i understand the overwhelming response for product after the Dr. Oz show and was willing to be patient for the shipment. My only really negative feedback is that better communication would have solved my concern over having to wait almost 3 weeks. After receiving my order I am completely satisfied and will order from this company again.

I was sent the wrong pills! I dont like returning things so Im going to try the pills I got. They also are supposed to help with weight loss so we will see!
