i was ve -ry disappointed with this product - coffee beans- i should know by now that there are no quick fixes

first of all it took way to long to receive order........pure health sent a letter explaining the delay three weeks after i placed my order......and to top it all off the green coffee did not work........i will not be placing another order with pure health........

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. I continuously tried to contact customer service with no success. Also, when I emailed them they responded with "we are not sure what happened to your order" & no solution. Miraculously I received my order 3 days later with no explanation or apology. When I wrote them back to let them know I had received my order they stated they were glad I had finally received it…again no apology. I will never do business with this company again since they don’t seem to know what they are doing.

I ordered 4 bottles green coffee beans and 4 bottles raspberry ketones on may 22ND and still haven't received it yet.

NOT happy and will NOT buy anything else from your company. First I was billed twice for the same order. Second, the day after I purchased from your website my VISA card was hijacked and used to buy music online (MY bank called me or it could have been much worse!!) Your website SUCKS!!!!!

Never recieved my order even after several phone calls.

Placed my order sometime early May order was shipped out on May 29th here it is two weeks later and I still have not received my order i called in and it took forever to get a live person on the phone finely when i did he could not hear me that well asked for a tracking number for my order and he told me he could not give me the number because they were behind on inputting the tracking numbers in the system I asked how did it ship and was told by UPS and from where was told Las Vegas so i went to the UPS site to see how long was the transit time to me and it’s like 4 days..here it is 2 weeks and i am still yet to see my order arrive.. I sent an e-mail to the customer service address listed on the site requesting some info and it’s been 48hrs and no response.. Very disappointed!

I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to receive my shipment. I called numerous times, most of the time my phone calls went unanswered, sent to voice mail after holding for at least five-minutes or longer. When I did receive an answer no one knew what was going on. I began to question if the company was real. After letting the woman on the phone know I was contacting the BBB, and asking that my 115.00 be refunded she assured me it would be refunded. Most of all that she would call me back in an hour. No call! Still unable to get through until I finally did speak with someone and she finally told me my shipment had just been sent out. Then to find out this is very typical of how things are handled by this company. So, if, you have money to throw away, or a lot of time to continue to call, which I don't, that would be the only way I would recommend this company. Hope my package comes in the next few days. Still not sure if this company is real.
