Hi Kathryn- Thank you very much for you message. The results do vary with each person. Some people will lose 5-6 pounds after taking the supplements for a few days. Others may take as long as a year to see results. Have you considered increasing your dosage? I have spoken to people who have doubled their regiment for a few days to kick start everything and then taper off once they start seeing the needle move.
