I did not receive my shipment for what seemed to be a month. I tried calling the company emailing them and they never responded. I was just about to check my credit card to put a stop on payment when I received the shipment. Just think they could have had the courtesy to let me know what was going on.

Too early to tell if/how well the pure green coffee bean extract will work. It's a little pricey and it took forever to finally be delivered (about three weeks). But, if it works as advertised I'll be more than happy.

It would be nice to have been able to leave a voice mail by phone or at least receive an accurate email with time/date of delivery not even my tracking number was useful however i do like the product so i will be giving purehealth one more try

I finally received my order a month after placing it. I was starting to get really worried with all the negative reviews and no one answering the phone, however, a little over a week ago I found a direct email address in the reviews for Stacy who works at Pure Health and emailed her directly. I received a response to my email within minutes and she apologized and again reiterated how busy they were since the product was featured on the Dr. Oz show. She assured me that my order would be shipped within a week. I just received my order so it's not a scam they are just very behind at getting the orders out to their customers. I actually bought pure green coffee bean extract from another website while I was waiting for this one to arrive and received it within 2 days but the cost was almost double what I paid here. If you order from Pure Health, be prepared to wait a month before you receive your product, but you will eventually get it.

I received my item as promised with literature and info in perfect condition but the amount of time I waited for delivery was in my opinion; excessive. I ordered on May 4th did not receive order until June 2nd. Apparently company was not prepared for the increase in orders after product was featured on TV. I am actually looking for another vendor, I want to reorder but I don't want to wait another month to receive my item(s).

the products are good but when people place their order it will be nice if they don't have to wait 3 weeks to get it,,
