Ordered Green Coffee Bean extract and never recieved product. Don't know if we have been had,or if company is to small to produce orders. They may have gotten in over there head. I guess it's just a matter of time before we find out . Signed digusted Customer!!!

I ordered 2 months' supply of the raspberry and Coffee Bean products on May 12th, 2012. I contacted Paypal (my payment processor) on May 19, 2012 and opened a dispute for non-receipt of the order 131450. Paypal has since reversed the payment and refunded the amount of $50.96 to my account. I tried unsuccessfully to reach your customer service line and found the line was not working. This went on for one week, without change. Therefore, even though the order was received on June 2, 2012, I wish to return the product. I need to know the procedure for returning the products by US Mail. I will not require any additional product shipments.

I placed an order for Raspberry Ketone on May 12th. There was no information provided regarding when I would receive the product. I emailed Pure Health three times with questions and never received one reply. I called many times, but either the voice mail was full, there was a recorded message that did not allow me to leave a message, or there was no answer at all. Yesterday, June 1st, I received a small package in the mail from Pure Health. The enclosed invoice was for Raspberry Ketone, and inside the package was 'Pure Green Coffee Bean'. Totally disappointing and unacceptable on every level.

My order was placed on May 7th and it took nearly 4 weeks to ship. Never sent an updated shipping status nor responded to emails or phone calls.

Shipping information was not available and trying to get info through email and telephone went unanswered. In fact, due to lack of certainity regarding the shipment, I contact both PayPal and my credit card company to issue a payment dispute and refund of money. Shipment arrived June 1, and was ordered on May 12. Probably will not do business with Pure Health again.

I'm not sure but I think it may be comming on awagon train

I place my order on 5/12/12 Pure Health took the money the next day and did not ship the product till 5/28/12 when I tried to call to check on my order phones would just ring.

While I can understand that the due to the Pure Green Coffee Bean supplements being featured on Dr Oz drove demand sky high, Pure Health did nothing in the way of communicating if and when the item would be available. An estimate would have sufficed for many. Instead we heard nothing. The voicemail remained full each day, therefore we couldn't leave messages. Most people are understanding when things like this happen; what we don't understand or appreciate is being kept in the dark. Giving us information is giving us an option...wait or go elsewhere. Hope they learned at least that much from their awful handling of this situation.
