The entire Pure Health experience has been a disappointment. First of all it took weeks to get the Pure Green Coffee Bean capsules. I have been taking them for a three weeks and have not lost an ounce. I have not changed my eating habits or exercise routine. The only thing that is different is that I take two capsules twice a day, about 30 minutes before meals.

I was a return customer. Ordered again. Waited for the shipment. After 2 weeks, I emailed an inquiry on when I should expect and was forwarded a shipment date of 10 days prior and a note on the bottm that said "hope this helps" - Emily. I asked for tracking and confirmation of address. I was sent a convoluted tracking number that involved UPS handing it to the USPS for delivery. I live in Manhattan, not some rural address. Then I was told I'd need to make a claim w the postal service since I didn't receive. I opted instead to make a claim with my bank and reclaim my payment for product not received. I own an online business and would never make a customer chase down a package on their own. Funny, I never rec'd the package, follow up call, apology, anything. And I had already referred your co to friends. Very bad business practice. I predict you'll go out of business soon.

I have not starting using the product yet but I assumed I was getting a 30 day supply for the price I was pay. When the product arrived, he dosing reccomedations instructs you to take 2 tablets per day, not 1. This makes the 30 pills a 15 day supply.

Didn't start the supplement yet. I was shocked at the size of the bottle for what we paid. thought we would get more.

TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY ORDER, THEN IT WAS WRONG......WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND IT WAS WRONG. MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS IN APRIL AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RIGHT PRODUCT.!

Received a substitution that I wasn't aware of! Not happy with this product I received!

I ordered 4 bottles of the Green Coffee bean extract on April 28th, I am still waiting to get them today, June 14th, 2012. Emily Johnston of Be-Well purehealth contacted me on the 7th of June after I sent in a query asking why I had not received my order. I sent her my paypal slip saying I paid for 4 bottles and have not heard back from her since. I ordered this product to help me get ready for a show, it never came, now I'm hoping to be ready for my daughter's wedding and still nothing. I will now have to contact paypal and complain about this... I had high hopes when they contacted me but when I sent them the proof, not a word....I consider this rude and theft, They have had my money since April 28th and I have NOTHING to show for it....
