I placed my order on 5/13 for an in-stock item, according to the website at the time of ordering. I sent an email to customer service to check on the status on 5/29 to which I received no response. I followed up the next day online and noticed that my order indicated it had been shipped on 5/28. As of 6/3, I still have not received my order.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract. Liked it, and decided to reorder for a little longer continuation. Reordered on May 12. Credit card paid immediately. No shipment notice. After waiting patiently, and running out, inquired about when to expect shipment. Received form letter explaining overwhelming response sales. I wish I had been informed at the time of order. But then I might have ordered somewhere else! If the orders can't be handled, I would have liked to have been informed in a more timely manner. Still waiting, but all paid for.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. My e-mails were not answered and when I called the customer service number no one answered. Customers should be informed of delays in orders. I would have understood if they would have told me there was a delay. No e-mail telling me it was shipped. I was ready to complain to PayPal when I received the order. No excuse for poor customer service. I won't buy from this site again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the product is good.

I apologize that it was taking so long to receive your order. We were inundated with a HUGE increase (about 5000%) in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since we were featured on the Dr. Oz Show. We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. Placed my order, waited over two weeks and when it still hadn't arrived I emailed their customer service re order status. Never received a reply. Did receive my order...almost three weeks after I placed it. Overall, not impressed.

For the last several weeks we've been swamped and playing catching up from the orders/calls/emails/voicemails from when we were featured on the Dr. Oz Show back in April. We were inundated with a HUGE increase (about 5000%) in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment. We had no idea the segment was planned and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. The product is good, however their turnaround on getting orders to customers is awful, they do not return e-mails to customers inquring about ther orders.

I aplogize that you were unable to get a hold of our customer service. The April segment of Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week. too long to wait for product. it is unacceptable to wait that long.No contact from company explaining delay.Had to dispute with pay pal and email company myself.Should not have to be put through hassle to spend my money.Would not use again.

I have called and emailed and have heard nothing from this company regarding canceling my order. I emailed them on May 23 and then saw that my product was shipped on May 28th, I'm confused as to why it has been shipped despite the fact that I requested that it be canceled and I have still not heard back. Customer service needs massive improvements. Someone needs to check the emails and actually do what the customer asks, especially when they ask for an order to be canceled.

Nothing on the website indicated how long the product would take to be delivered. I sent an email asking when I could expect my order and never received a response. I see from the website that my order has shipped, but no tracking information has been provided and I STILL have no idea when to expect my order. So far I am not satisfied with this company.
