I received the package after two weeks of purchasing my item online. I had to research on your facebook site to find out that you were out of stock or backed logged on my item. It would have been nice to receive an email or a phone call explaining the reason why my item took so long to be shipped.

I am still waiting for it to arrive. My account has been charged and email says it shipped on the 30th but it is still not here. I am hoping it will be here tomorrow. After I receive it and try it then I will be able to give a review of the product.

Great product but have now ordered twice and has taken at least 3 weeks to receive my order each time. Most recently I ordered mid may and my products were not shipped out until May 29 which was two weeks later and I STILL have not received them yet! This order is going on a month now which seems ridiculous! I'm not sure I will continue ordering supplements as i need faster service.

I didn't hear anything about my order till I called about a week later. Then was notified that it would take another 3-5 business days.

I ordered from them on 5/06/12, it was confirmed on 5/09/12 and according to the website it was shipped on 5/28/12. I have yet to receive the order and it was requested over a month ago. It is June 7th. payment was taken on 5/28/12 so at least they waited until they shipped to charge me. I am disappointed in the length of time / turnaround but understand that they were overwhelm / unprepared for such a demand.

It took a long time to get it. I've just started to take it today and will let you know if it works.

I was extremely disappointed in the delivery time of my product. it took over 3.5 weeks when at the most it should have only been 10 days. I feel that those customers that did not receive the orders in a timely manner should have at the very least been given a coupon for future use. I believe that the customer service of this company has a long way to go to make customers satisfied. As for the product i ordered i was very satisfied with the product.

I was beginning to think I had fallen for a sham Internet site because none of my emails asking for the status of my order were responded to. Each time I called the Customer Service number, it was never answered and there was no answering service. Sometimes the phone rang continuously like it was out of order. I was about to contact my credit card to stop the payment when I checked online one last time for the status of my order. I saw it was shipped but no tracking number was given. From the time I ordered on May 16 to the time I received my order on May 31, I was completely in the dark with no response from Pure Health LLC and no way to talk to someone. On the plus side, I got my order two days after it was shipped.
