I waited quite a long time for my order to arrive. When it finally did get here I found that I only received 1 bottle - I had ordered 2 to qualify for the free shipping. I have sent several e-mails to customer service but have received NO RESPONSE. I have also tried calling their phone number - but nobody answers the phone. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!

I ordered some green coffee bean extract on May 9. As I am typing this it is June 3. I still have not received my product or had a respose from the email I sent. Not happy at all!

I apologize that it took so long to receive your order. As with any new suppliment/vitamin you add to your daily regiment, it is recommended that you take anything for at least 2 weeks before you start seeing any kind of change. I placed my order and received a confirmation e-mail. However, I never received any notice of shipping, so 12 days later, I sent an e-mail asking about my order. They NEVER replied, and I never got a notice of shipping nor a shipment tracking number. I looked at their website under my account info and found that apparently, 15 days after my order was placed, it was shipped. That was 6 days ago and I still have not received my order. I've heard nothing from the company, and I have no shipment tracking number. (That space is blank on my invoice form.) So it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.....

It took 3 weeks after my order to receive the shipment. There was a lack of communication despite my emails asking to confirm shipment. It would have been helpful to get a reply. I read multiple reviews of the company suggesting it was a scam, I am happy that it was not!

I went looking for a specific item, thought it was a reasonable price along with the cost of the shipping, but after 14 days I still had not received my product. I called and left a message that I hadn't received my product and if I could please get a call back. I never received a call back. Finally, 19 days after having made my original purchase I received my product. If they would have called me back to explain that shipping was backed-up or had posted something on their website that would have been fine. I will never shop from there again when they have competitors, like Amazon, that can ship to you in two days. I know that they are not Amazon, but having to wait 19 days for a product is beyond ridiculous and it wasn't just me, my fiance ordered from there as well and it still took just as long.
