Lenda- I was very sorry to hear about what happened with your order from Pure Health. I am not sure what happened with shipping. I just put you another package into our out going mail. Hi Suzie- I was very sorry to read about your recent order with Pure Heath. I completely understand if you would like to move forward with the dispute. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your package yet. I did check on the status of your order, but when I saw your April 26th order date I immediately knew the problem. Your order has indeed not shipped yet. I am very sorry about that. We received so many orders after our product was featured on Dr. Oz that our shipping process was overloaded and many orders placed on that day never got put out. We have been trying to get in touch with everyone this happened to. I can certainly issue you a full refund. Or if you would like I can pack you an order today that will ship out today. If you send me your email I can send you a new tracking number for it. We would also send you an extra bottle for your trouble. Please let me know what you would like to do. Hi Maureen- I am very sorry that you were never able to get through to us. Things were extremely busy for us after the Green Coffee Bean was featured on Dr. OZ on April 26th. I was able to look your order information up and it does show that we issued you a refund for your purchase. I am very sorry about your wait and any confusion our delayed shipping may have caused.

Hi D- I was very sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We were severly backed up with all the orders that were placed after the Green Coffee Bean was featured on the Dr. Oz program. I wish I could say that only a few customers were affected by this, but hundreds of thousands of orders were delayed. I understand your frustration and I am very sorry.
