On 5/9/12 I ordered 6 btls. Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract & 2 btls. Pure Black Raspberry. I was told the Coffee Bean Extract was on back-order which was fine. But my entire order was held up and not shipped until the Coffee Bean Extract was on hand and I did not receive my order of anything until 6/4/12. To my surprise the 2 btls. of Pure Black Raspberry I had ordered had been replaced by 2 btls. of Raspberry Ketone. I didn't order this stuff but they don't send any return shipping labels so to return this stuff is at my own expense. They need a better checking system before mailing.

The delivery response was too long. I had to wait almost a month before i got my order. I do appreciate the courtesy email that was sent a few weeks after I purchased my order but it would have been great to have a tracking number so I could at least track the package instead of having to email the company and wait for someone to get back in touch with me.

Product is great

Prices were great. 100% pure product is what drew me to the website. The ordering process was very easy and the website was great. I promptly received a confirmation for my order but no follow up after that. Two weeks after order was placed, my status was changed to "shipped" but never given a shipment tracking number. Two emails were sent to company asking for status but never got a response. I would love to order more product from this company but not sure I trust their delivery.

I had 2 separate orders. I tried to be patient, but it was long overdue. I feel sorry for pure health because I know they have been getting a lot of negatives and I believe that they sell great products. I just can not say that I would refer them to anyone.

While everyone that I have encountered with the customer service is nice, they are not extremely helpful. Pure Health website says the product I purchased on 5/15 shipped on 5/28, but here it is 6/7 and I have not received the product I have already paid for. When I called customer service the gal I spoke with was nice enough, but gave me the tracking number to my shipment because according to her, "it looks like your shipment is just now at the very beginning stages of the shipping process", and suggest I use trhe tracking number to go onto the United States Postal Service website and see if I can track it tomorrow. If I do not see any info, then I should call Pure Healh back and we will go from there. I understand that the company has been overwhelmed with the amount of orders they have received, but that is not, in my opinion a good enough reason to not help your customer out and actually ship products when you say you have.

I had never received confirmation on my order and no estimate on delivery. Also the way i was charged made me think the order hadn't been completed at all. After a while i figured it never went through. I even tried calling ,that was a bust too. I ended up buying it elsewhere. then out of the blue it came in the mail. My card was charged when i didn't expect it to be. which caused me a problem. However with all that being said I did eventually receive the product and i am happy with the results from them. I just think you can improve on your ordering system.
