I ordered Pure Black Raspberry capsules from your company once before and each capsule was 400 mg. I took two a day. When I went online to reorder the same product I noticed the same pure black raspberry was now down to 300 mg per capsule. I inquired about this but got no answer. It is very difficult to reach your company...either your mail box is full (always) or I can not get through with an e-mail. Very Frustrating. I thought I would give your company one more try and ordered 5 bottles of the Pure Black Raspberry. I still have the receipt. The product was late in coming. I thought I could trust you. Instead of the Pure Black Raspberry...I received Pure Green Coffee Bean capsules. I began taking them (thinking they were the Black Raspberry Capsules) and about 1-2 later my ears began this roaring like a locust field in both ears. The left one was pulsing to my heartbeat. I have not slept well and sometimes at all. It is 24-7. It is horrific. I did not look at the bottle contents and was at a loss. I ended up taking one full bottle and a small amount of another bottle before realizing that YOU SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT! Thinking I had a blockage or lesions or whatever that may be causing a stroke; I had an MRI done last week, (the noises did not drown out the noises seemingly coming from inside of my head), they collapsed two veins, a doplar ultrasound on both neck arteries, an audiologist, I went to Urgent Care, made an appointment with an ENT Specialist and a second one the end of July. (it was the earliest I could get in). My regular doctor, my psychologist, and all others have told me about this Tinnitus I have (both sides) and (Pulsitile (so far only on one side) Tinnitus. I pray it doesn't go to the other side. I'm not certain if it will ever go away. The caffeine in your product has caused me much suffering both mentally, physically, financially and spiritually. I have as I stated before stopped your product but as of yet the symptoms have not gone away or lessened. I have a lot of anxiety because of this. I have gone through much in my life and this is a horrible addition to what is and has happened in my life. I am writing this quickly and apologize for any typos. My hearing has become hypersensitive and 'normal noises' like going to the mall is out for me. The lawnmower, vaacum cleaner, washer/dryer...you name it and it has intensified. I am not certain how to approach this. I don't know whether PURE HEALTH will get back to me or not. I should give you a reasonable amount of time to respond. I am afraid this nightmare will never end. While looking online there doesn't seem to hope of any kind out there for this horrible affliction so many suffer from. What should I do? My first and probably last order with this company was very nerve wrecking. There was no communication whatsoever from this company on the status of my order. I placed multiple calls to the customer service number, and was put off with a continuous message to hold for the next available representative to no avail. I left a message, but received no response. I felt that I had been scammed and contacted my bank to inquire on my options to get my money back. I finally received the order, but the stress and discomfort of thinking I had been scammed was unacceptable.

I ordered on April 26, 2012 and have yet to receive my product. They were quick to charge my account but have not shipped yet. First I was told it would be 12-15 business days - nothing. I called and talked to someone who told me she was going to reship the next day - nothing. She also gave me her email address. I contacted her - no response. I emailed before the phone call three times and finally received a response last week (three weeks later). I called again last week. The girl said she was going to reship it the next day and should be here by Saturday. It is Saturday and nothing. It has been almost 2 months. Don't think I will recommend this company to anyone. Matter of fact, I think I will discourage anyone from using this company.

When I placed my order, I didn't hear anything back from the company for at least a month. I tried calling the number to cancel and couldn't get thru, I tried sending a couple of emails to cancel and didn't get any response. Tried calling again several times, still couldn't get thru. Tried emailing again to cancel and then the next day, the order came in. I was also leaving for vacation that day. When I returned home, lo and behold, there was a response email telling me that gosh, they couldn't cancel my order because they had already shipped the product, but I could return it if I wanted. I figured I was done dealing with the company and trying to get a refund. Your "contact us" is a joke.

I kept trying to get in touch with somebody, their phone couldn't get anybody and the email didnt go thru.

I made a purchase in April. I recieved a confirmation number and notice that is shipped on May 12. I never recieved the product, I checked to see if my shipping info was correct, it was. I called and left several messages with customer service, and got no response.

My bank acct was charged with my order 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order.

I ordered 3 bottles of red raspberry pills and got 2 bottles of green coffee extract. Then trying to get someone on the phone to correct the order was a pain. I had to leave a message on some mailbox. I was not contacted within 24 hours of the telephone call. I have been waiting for a long time. I need these pills to be able to start a diet plan. I will not recomend this company to my friends.
