This website takes way too long to get the product to the customer.

I ordred from them and it took over 3 weeks to get my product. I called and sent numerous emails and never heard anything back. I was starting to think this was a scam company until my product came. I understand things got bust, but a little communication with your customers goes a long way.

On May 15th I ordered several bottles of green coffee bean extract. The site showed plenty of stock. The payment was promptly put through PayPal and went through my VISA account immediately. May 28th I emailed to ask for status. No one returned my email. I then re-read my confirmation carefully, and tracked my order on the website. Site said order shipped on May 28th, 13 days after I ordered and same day as my email. Today, June 8th, my order arrived. We often order on-line from US and found the delivery time a little long. If there was no inventory to ship right away, I would have appreciated an email. But no shipment or email for 13 days left me wondering. This will not prevent me from trying this company again, as it was recommended to me by my Master Herbalist. Hopefully this was just a glitch and things will be better in future. Thank you for asking for my opinion.

Once I received the green coffee pill I was please with them. The only problem I had with the company is you don't get a chance to speak with anyone and when you send a email no one relpy back to you about your order. The order did take a little long, and I think I will order from them again.

Placed order, taken to a website where the order was received. Was never charged, didn't think order went through. Called to confirm my order with the company and couldn't reach anyone. Went and purchased a different brand of the product at a local vitamin place. 3 weeks later I got charged and received product. Just a ridiculous way to operate a business. I don't care if I love the product, I would never order from you again.

I have been taking the raspberry ketones for the past month and love your 400mg formula. When I reordered my second month supply I was very dissapointed in the shipping time; nearly 3 1/2 weeks from order to delivery. I emailed the company twice and did not get any response. I called customer service atleast six times before I got someone to answer the phone. I was told my order would be hand pulled and shipped that day. It still took nearly 12 days to receive the product. I'm glad that it is finally here.

As of today (6/8) I still have not received the items I ordered. According to my order history, the ship date was 5/29. I originally placed my order on or around the first of MAY 2012. My credit card was billed, but, as I mentioned above...I still do not have my product. Can some please give me an update. I cannot speak to a live person when I call the number listed on my order receipt.
