It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order.

I ordered a product in April and didn't receive it until a month later, they did send emails out saying they were working quickly as possible and hiring more staff to fulfill orders. I ordered another product just because they sell pure products and again it took awhile to receive then it was the wrong order. I tried calling to correct the order but lost patience waiting on the phone so long so I emailed them and have not gotten a response or the correct order. I don't know if I'm supposed to send the wrong order back, keep it as an apology gift or if I'm just supposed to deal with it. Overall I don't believe the company is a bad company, they just need to fulfill orders prompter and have more communication.

It took over 3 weeks to get my first order of coffee beans and I am not really sure they work...I've only lost 2 lbs so far. Next I ordered 3 jars of raspberry ketones, waited over 2 weeks, and they sent the wrong item.

I understand that my order may be backordered but..... a little communication would be nice. It's been about a month since I ordered. Haven't seen it - haven't heard from you.

No response to email inquiry or notification of shipping. That is just poor customer service.

I placed an order on May 13th and received a confirmation. That was nice. I tried to call customer service to track shipment and the phones rang and rang and rang. Then I sent an E-Mail, and never received a response. Finally, after 3 weeks the product arrived. Sorry, but not good customer service, and still need to determine if the product is worth the wait or if I will go to another vendor.

I ordered on May 10, 2012 and today is June 4, 2012 and I still have not received my order. I had to go to Pure Healths facebook page to find out why there was a delay. I also found out that Walmart sells their Green Coffee Beans so I went over to the store and bought a bottle for $9.99. So not only am I still waiting for my order, I also paid more online from the factory for it.

I ordered this product on May 10 and have not received the item as of June 1.
