Holly, Thank you for your review! We were inundated with a HUGE increase (about 5000%) in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment. We had no idea the segment was planned and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. We worked multiple shifts to ensure all orders are sent out in the order they are received as well as responding to all inquiries as quickly as humanly possible. Please understand that we are a smaller company and we had NO idea Dr. Oz was going to speak about Pure Green Coffee Bean and it's benefits for weight loss! We have been inundated with calls and e-mails (LITERALLY thousands) and are returning them as quickly as humanly possible. We have added extra shifts and have tripled our workforce in the last 7 days!! We are processing all orders in the order they were received and hope that you will be patient and understanding. Nancy, US Postal records indicate that your order was delivered today. Paypal funded your order on Thursday, April 5th - normally, we would have shipped the next day, but due to the Good Friday holiday, your order was sent via USPS on Monday, so even with the holiday, your order was received within a week of receiving your payment. Additionally, Paypal (unlike paying directly with a credit card withdraws funds upon placing your order - if you use a credit card directly, then the funds are not withdrawn until your order is shipped by us). I hope this will alleviate your concerns and hope this has not caused you too much of an inconvenience. We certainly appreicate your business! Thank you, Nancy M
