Hi Karina - thank you for your comments. There is an option to order via credit card in our shopping cart so I apologize if you were not able to find this option. We are currenlty shipping all orders, but as our customer service rep noted to you, we are shipping all orders in the order they were received and we increased our personnell and operations to accomodate the huge surge in business. We ask that you be patient with us, as we had no idea Dr. Oz was going to feature pure green coffee bean on his show and therefore, we had no way of preparing for this! We did send out an e-mail to all customers earlier this week expaining that we are inundated and that we are getting to all calls and e-mails in the order they were received - perhaps this went to your junk mail folder. Because we are one of the only sources of 100% pure green coffee bean available, we we are happy to be able to accomodate everyone, we do wish this could be done a little quicker, but I am sure you will be very pleased once you recieve your package. Mandy, I am sorry for your concerns. The Dr. Oz segement escalated interest in our 100% pure product by well over 5000% and we are working multiple shifts to send all orders out in the order they were received as well as to respond to all inquiries. As soon as your order ships (no later than Monday) you will recieve a tracking number via e-mail. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we are increasing our staff substantially to accomodate all interest. Thank you and we will continue to work seven days a week to accommodate all orders!

Hi Mary, Thank you for your review, comments and concerns. We understand your concerns and frustrations and for that please let me apologize. We do have plenty of product in stock, but with the recent Dr. Oz episode, our orders and interest have ballooned over 5000% at this time! We are working diligently to return all calls and e-mails and have just about caught up. Similarly, our shipping department has been working multiple shifts to ensure all orders go out in the order they were received! We are shipping about seven days after orders are placed and although this is not our standard shipping time (generally, orders go out the day after order) the recent influx of order has stretched our capacity. We have added triple the staff and are communicating via e-mail and return phone calls 12 - 14 hours per day. We appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you can appreciate our situation as one of the only companies to offer 100% pure green coffee bean extract with no additives. We understand other companies that offer green coffee bean with additives and fillers are also experiencing the same situation, so we hope you will be patient with us as we continue to work seven days a week to fill all orders in the order they were received. Hi Stacie, Please let me address your concerns in the order you stated them. 1) Our website has the option to pay via credit card or pay pay, I am not sure if you did not see the credit card option, but it is on the same page as the paypal option. 2) Yes, you are correct, your order has been received and processed, but it has not shipped yet. Due to Dr. Oz featuring pure green coffee bean last week, we have been inundated with orders and calls. We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz was going to speak about this and we are working diligently to accomodate all requests - we have tripled our workforce in the last week alone! 3) yes, our phone lines have been jammed - we have literally received thousands of phone calls and are returning them as quickly as possible. 4) we have received tens of thousands of e-mails and are also responding to these as quickly and thoroughly as possible. An e-mail did go out to all customers (see below) that explained our situation and asked for patience and understanding during this very busy time! 5) we are returning all calls in the order they were recieved and have quadrupled our customer service team to accomodate these calls. 6) The rating request is an automatic request that goes out and is indicative of our typical service (receipt wihtin 7 days). You can read the reviews of the previous customers who have had a very pleasant experience with us. The current situation is not typical and will not continue, it is just a result of the Dr. Oz show. Lastly, as stated, we have ramped up over the last 7 days to accomodate the surge in business and are so very proud to be adding jobs to our local economy! We certainly appreciate your concens, and rest assured, there are MANY humans behind this compnay :), in fact we are in the process of increasing our work force dramatically to accomodate the surge in business due to the Dr. Oz segment that promoted green coffee bean extract - we had no way of knowing that he was going to discuss green coffee bean! Luckily, we are one of the only sources of pure green coffee bean extract and have plent of supply on hand to accomodate all orders! Hi Bethany, I am sorry you have experienced difficulty in reaching us. As stated to other reviewers, and also in an e-mail that went to all recent customers, we have expressed that we have experienced an huge surge in orders, calls and e-mails. We have tripled our work force and have put on extra shifts to accomodate all customers. Dr. Oz's recent endorsement of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean and Pure Health being the only on-line source for a 100% pure product was something we could not possibly plan for, and we are working tirelessly to accomodate all requests. You certainly should have received your order if you placed it two weeks ago - what did you order and what quantity? I will track this for you and find out what the status is. I hope this helps. We have literally received thousands of e-mails and calls and are responding to them as quickly as humanly possible. We have tripled our work force in the last week due to the Dr. Oz segment that spoke about the benefits of pure green coffee bean and are working as much as humanly possible to keep up with demand. We had no idea the segment was going to air and had no way to prepare for this!
