Bob - you are right, we did not know Dr. Oz was going to feature Pure Green Coffee Bean on his show and the segment increased our orders by over 5000% in just a few days! Your order should certainly have shipped and depending upon your location, you should be receiving it any day. Teresa - since the Dr. Oz segment aired, our inquired have increased over 5000% and we are shipping orders every day in the order they were placed. Please let me apologize for your concerns, but rest assured, we have plenty of product and we are working double shifts, seven days a week to ship all orders. As one of the only suppliers of 100% pure green coffee bean and the recent Dr. Oz segement on this, which we had NO idea was going to air :) we hope you will be understanding while we work diligently to process all orders in the order they were received. Paria, Please let me apologize for your frustration. We have sent out a couple of updates and returned all telephone calls, so please let me apologize if these did not make it to you. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. Adrianne, I apologize for your frustration. We have been inundated with orders since the Dr. Oz segement an since we had no idea this was going to air and the subsequent increase in orders (over 5000%!) we have increased our staff by 400% and are working double shifts, seven days a week to accomodate this increase. As one of the only companies to offer 100% pure green coffee bean, we hope you understand that we are working as hard as humanly possible to accommodate all inquires. Sigrid, Thank you for your comment. Our shipment usually go out within 24 hours of receipt, however, with the recent Dr. Oz segement on Green Coffee Bean, our orders have increased by 5000%!! We have increased our staff by 4X in the last 7 days to accomodate all customers and orders and are working extra shifts and seven days a week to ensure all orders go out in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work diligently to work through this very busy time. Thank you, again. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Collen, Please let me apologize for your frustration. We were not aware Dr. Oz was going to feature green coffee bean and have seen a 5000%+ increase in orders and inquiries! We have plent of product available, but we are processing all orders in the order they were received. The survey is sent out 7 days after ordering and historically all orders have been shipped and received in this time frame. This is an unusual situation for us and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time! Thank you.

Brenda, The recent Dr. Oz segment has delayed our shipments and we apologize for this situation. We had no idea Dr. Oz would be featuring green coffee bean, and although we have plenty of product, our shipping and customer service has been stretched, to say the least! We have quadrupled our staff, added second shifts and working seven days a week to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. We understand you are anxious to recieve your order, and are also aware that all brands (even those that are not 100% pure) are somewhat delayed due to the overwhelming demand.
