Angela, Please let me apologize for your frustration. Please be assured that if you ordered using your credit card through our shopping cart, we do not charge your card until your order ships. If you ordered usinig Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is their policy and we have no influence over that. We have sent out a couple of updates and returned all telephone calls, so please let me apologize if these did not make it to you. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. Jessica - please let me apologize for your frustration. Due to the Dr. Oz segement on green coffee bean, we have been inundated with orders and inquiries. We were not aware the segment was going to air and as a small company have been working 7 days and double shifts to accomodate all orders. We will appreciate your continued support and understanding and we work diligently to accomoate this sudden surge in interst - thank you!!
