Hi Peggy, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We always love to hear feedback from our customers about their weightloss. The people who were losing that amazing weight on Dr. Oz were sticking to the regiment very closely, they never missed a day or increased their caloric intake over 2400. And that was over 22 weeks.
