I was waiting too long for my order, while I send email to customer service, did not get any answer. Finally after 1 month I get my order, sorry for myself.

Pure Health seems like a great company that just became overwhelmed with orders after being showcased on Dr. Oz. They should have immediately put up a notification on their website informing customers of the unexpected increase in orders and apologizing for the delays. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order....I understood, but communication would have been appreciated.

Product was delivered as promised, but delivery took almost 3 weeks from order confirmation date.

The order took too long. I contacted the company directly and then again through paypal to find out why I did not get my ordered and I never got any response. There needs to be a way to at least get a response to email or phone.

Still waiting for my order 1 month later. My credit card was charged on May 24th and no product 2 weeks later. I do have confidence though that this a very viable company and so my order will eventually show up. I wish them every sucess.

it took a few weeks to ship my order. they charge my credit card without giving me a tcking number or informing me that they charge my credit card and shipped. I emailed them and call them and it took 5 days to get a response.

The product is wonderful but the time it takes to fill an order is way to long. I used my credit card they charged it, then the charge droped off. 3 weeks later the charge reappeared and then the product came a week later. If you are patient the product is worth the wait.

I do alot of ordering per the internet and this particular web site did not ship the supplement in what I think was a timely manner. I ordered on May 18, 2012 and received them on June 2,2012. I had only one e-mail that gave confirmation of order but no ship date or tracking number. I ended up e-mailing the company asking for some reply about my order but did not get any reply. This took place on May 29, 2012. I like the product but now I have to add two to three weeks for delivery.
