Please let me apologize for your frustration. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. If you paid via Paypal, it is there policy to deduct funds right away, we do have any influence over this and I also apologize if this has added to the frustration. If you ordered usinig Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is their policy and we have no influence over that.
