April, Thank you for your comment and we sincerely appreciate your patience. We are working diligently to pack the huge influx of orders we received on the 26th and the following few days. The orders we received as a result of the show far exceeded what we normally do in six months! Since we were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Pure Green Coffee Bean, we were not able to staff up prior to the show to accomodate the surge in orders, however, in the last week alone, we have quadrupled our staff and are working double shifts, seven days a week to ensure all orders go out as quickly as humanly possible. We anticipate being caught up with all order by the end of this week and back to our regular schedule of shipping orders out within 24 hours of receipt. Jeanne, Thank you for your comment and your patience! We are working diligently to pack the huge influx of orders we received on the 26th and the following few days. The orders we received as a result of the show far exceeded what we normally do in six months! Since we are the only on-line retailer to offer a 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and we were not aware that Dr. Oz would be speaking about Pure Green Coffee Bean, we were not able to staff up prior to the show to accomodate the surge in orders, however, in the last week alone, we have quadrupled our staff and are working double shifts, seven days a week to ensure all orders go out as quickly as humanly possible. We were inundated with a HUGE increase (about 5000%) in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment. We had no idea the segment was planned and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. We worked multiple shifts to ensure all orders are sent out in the order they are received as well as responding to all inquiries as quickly as humanly possible.
