Hi Steven, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was very sorry to hear about what happened with your second order. We have been made aware that UPS is doing this for some of our Canadian orders. This has absolutely nothing to do with us. We are not getting any of that fee. That is UPS's brokerage fee. The $15 shipping you pay, normally covers this. Once we learned that UPS was going this we stopped using them as our carrier in Canada. USPS is now our sole carrier to Canada. I assure you that if you were to place another order from us, there would be no such fee. Again, I am very sorry this has happened. Thank you again for the review and your order. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Amy, Thank you very much for you recent review of Pure Health. It is great to hear that you like our company. But I was sorry that you were not experiencing the weight loss that you wanted. I do know that many people have been indeed losing alot of weight when they take the suppliments. I would say that you should stick very closely to the suggested regiment. It takes some people a little while to start seeing the pounds fall off, so just stick with it.
