Pure Health LLCReviews of purehealth100.com

The company did not provide a shipping date or eta. I did not think I would receive the product and had just chalked it up to not to buy on internet. I finally received the product and am glad it was not a loss of money and time.

I placed an order for 4 coffee bean supplements near the end of April and after not recieving anything or seeing that my order was shipped I started calling a couple weeks later. I could never get through. I then sent an email, but never received a response. However, I finally received my supplements the first week of June. I was ready to really complain when I finally saw they were overwhelmed on their facebook page. Do I wish they would have posted something or emailed existing orders to let us know that they were a legit company with growing pains vs ignoring all points of contact...yes. Will I try them again...I am still undecided. We will see if the product does what it is supposed to...and then decide if it is worth it to see if the service improves.

It is a highly advertised product and we expect it to bring good results. However, It has not been delivered to us yet. According to your shipping information, it was shipped 8 days ago but we still do not have it.

I placed this order weeks ago and have heard or received nothing, even after emailing back to the email confirming my order to ask when I might expect to receive it. This is in contrast to my usual online shopping experience with other companies, where I usually receive the product sooner than I expect to.

I ordered on the 2nd didnt recieve till the26th that was way too long i had found another website that sold the same pills (cheaper) and ordered them on the 23rd i got them the same day i got the ones i ordered on the 2nd..... will not order from here again...

I placed my order on 05/14/12 and it supposedly shipped on 05/28/12. I still do not have my order. There is no tracking provided on my account. I've called them several times in the past two weeks. I either received their answering machine or the phone had an irregular ringtone. Never a person. I then emailed to see where my package was and requested for a response. Nothing. I hope the product works better than their service!

well can't rate the product since I still have'nt received it yet don't know where its coming from. I guess I will purchase else where next time its has been almost a month. I have tried calling lines are always busy. Tried tracking it at the web site it has not even been shipped.

I was very unhappy with the amount of time it took to receive the product. You should notify customer if it is going to take an extended amount of time to receive products.
