Margaret, I apologize for your frustration - we are a fairly small company and these types of growing pains can be difficult to bear - especially for our customers such as you. Kaydee, I have looked up your order and it is in the system. It has been packed and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the Post Office receives and scans it. Please let me apologize for the inconvenience as we are working diligently to pack the huge influx of orders we received on the 26th and the following few days. The orders we received as a result of the show far exceeded what we normally do in six months! Since we were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Pure Green Coffee Bean, we were not able to staff up prior to the show to accommodate the surge in orders, however, in the last week alone, we have quadrupled our staff and are working double shifts, seven days a week to ensure all orders go out as quickly as humanly possible. We anticipate being caught up with all order by the end of this week and back to our regular schedule of shipping orders out within 24 hours of receipt. Susan, thank you for your review! Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting your order shipped! Regarding the charges to your credit card, if you ordered using your credit card through our shopping cart, we do not charge your card until your order ships. If you ordered usinig Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is their policy and we have no influence over that. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received.
