I do understand that Pure Health did not know that Dr. Oz would have this product on his show. By the way, Dr. Oz does not affiliate himself with any company. It took Pure Health over a week to send an e-mail stating that they were behind in sending out the product due to high demand. It is now nearly 3 weeks & I have not heard anything more regarding this shipment. Very poor customer service. I will not order from this company again.

I placed my order on April 27, 2012, it is now May 7, 2012 and my order hasn't even shipped yet. When I placed the order it stated that the product was in stock, so what could possibly be the delay? Spoke to someone at the beginning of last week and they told me it would be shipped by that Friday. Well guess what it hasn't.

I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped but I haven't had an answer yet. It has been a week since I placed my order so not sure what has happened to it. I hope to give this company a better rating, but so far customer service must really be backed up, or don't answer inquiries, or misplaced my order and email message.
