I ordered product on 4/27/12, the product cost was deducted from my bank account, it is 5/7/12 and I have yet to receive my product - no email - no phone call - no NOTHING!!!. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! Will definitely not purchase anything from this website again.

They should not have taken my money if they could not fill the order when I payed for it. I still haven't received the product and it's about two weeks later.

I find it odd that I'm being asked to rate anything, when a week later and my order still hasn't shipped. Please fill my order and then ask for my opinion. Otherwise there's nothing to rate and so far I'm not impressed at all by how long this is taking.

I do not watch Dr. Oz at all - I ordered my items on 4-27 so I would have time to use them before my vacation.....well not knowing about the HUGE delay on shipping I will not get my items in time. NOT happy.
