paid via paypal on 4/29/12 and up to now i have not received my order. i saw them place their product (pure green coffee extract) on ebay with a next day delivery offer. why cant they do the same for us who ordered direct from their site? called many times but ends up with a recorded message. sent an email but no response too. i will still give them 3 days to respond or deliver my order. if they will not respond they i have no choice but to demand a refund. i have read many negative reviews about this company and it seems they have not done anything to resolve numerous complaints about them.

I closed canceled my order, so I do not know why I have received something saying thank-you for your order. I have not gotten an e-mail saying that my order was canceled. Your employee like to lie so I choose not to do business with your company. Thank-you very much I better not see any charges on my card. I do not want any parts of your company remove me from your e-mail & I do not accept any terms & conditions related to Trustpilot

No one reads email, no one answers phone.No attempt to reply to paypal complaint. I just want a refund for the product that was NEVER shipped. I already recieived a shipment from iherb.com, that I only ordered Friday, it was delivered today & cost less. What will it take to get a personal acknowledgement & refund please. I don't want to do business with you, no manners, no help, no service.

I placed an order over a week ago and I have not received the item. I did not get an email confirmation for the shipping of the item and don't know who or where it is that I need to call to claim their super slow shipping.

They take far too long to process your order and ship. I placed my order two weeks ago and it just got processed and shipped and my card CHARGED Saturday 5/5/12. Ridiculous. If I knew I could have found the same product at Wal Mart I wouldn't have wasted my time or my money on processing and shipping.

I have not received the product I ordered. It was stated in an email they are working on getting a ton of orders filled but it seems it should have been done in this time

i placed an order on april 30th and keep going to the website to see how order is progressing, i can find nothing. it shows i ordered and you took my money BUT that is far as it shows. I have received nothing including an answer to my inquiry about this matter. I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card and purchase this elsewhere C585462477
